to get braces?

Your premanent teeth are not all in by age 12. The 3rd molars (wisdom teeth) alone dont come into until you are at least 18 years old. As a person ages, their teeth can shift and that shift is usually toward the midline of the oral cavity. The older you get, the worst this gets. Have you ever seen a older person with crooked teeth? When they were younger they probably had the most picture perfect smile. What I%26#039;m saying is over the years their smile/occulsion may have changed and now they want to do something about it.
Reply:sometimes people are born into families that are clueless about braces. they either think it%26#039;s god%26#039;s will for their kid to have crooked teeth or think they can%26#039;t afford it, etc. often people have to discover for themselves as adults the benefits of orthodontia. many don%26#039;t do it until they%26#039;re well into their 40%26#039;s or 50%26#039;s. what a waste of time, I say.
Reply:Most people can%26#039;t afford braces. Some people like their teeth the way they are. I know a few people who don%26#039;t want to get rid of their gaps. I got braces at ag 12.
Reply:I am 13 years old and I have to lose one more baby tooth, but I have braces.

When you get them on early and you have baby teeth and then you get the braces off, they might have to be put on again.

Parents might like to just have their child not go through it twice and save money.
