I have a 4 month old Golden Retriver does anyone know at what age she will start to lose her baby teeth and at what age her adult hair will start to come through.

The teeth will begin to fall out soon. The adult canine teeth erupt at 5 1/2 months, you can almost set you watch to it, haha. Look for her adult hair to start coming through closer to a year.

Good luck
Reply:full adult teeth by 6 months and coat by 12 months usually
Reply:Generally puppies lose their teeth between 4 and 6 months, however all dogs are individual so I wouldn%26#039;t worry about it too much.
Reply:From about 4 months, mine has just started to lose hers. From what I%26#039;ve seen with my dog the front teeth fall out 1st then they work there way back.
Reply:well i have a 4 month pitbull and so far i have 2 of his baby teeth and he still has puppy hair so i would thin 6 months and all will be new teeth
Reply:all my dogs have lost their teeth any time between 4 months - 9 months
Reply:As far as her teeth they will start to fall out very soon. Her coat is another matter. Usually with Goldens it will take some time to see their full and beautiful coat. It may take up to 2 years old before you see the wonderful coat she will have. Goldens mature very slowly so just keep her on really good food and good vet care and her Adult coat will be there at about age 2.

Enjoy your Golden pup they are the very best!
